About Netxolutions
Netxolutions was founded in Norway in 1997 by Ingar Hagen. In 2012, Ingar co-founded Tappin AS, and Netxolutions was put on hold until 2026, when it was revived in Spain. We deliver digital solutions with a clear focus on quality, functionality, and business value. With more than two decades of industry experience, we have built solid expertise across technology, design, and strategy.
Today, Netxolutions specializes in website development for businesses and organizations, websites and digital solutions for events and conferences, AI-powered solutions, strategic consulting, website operations and maintenance, as well as digital marketing services. We combine technical expertise with business insight to deliver solutions that create real results.
In addition to our core services, we also undertake custom and specialized projects upon request. These typically involve tailored solutions, complex integrations, or advisory roles in projects with specific or advanced requirements.

Ingar Hagen – Creative Technologist & Strategic Advisor
Ingar Hagen is the creative technologist at Netxolutions, responsible for concept development, technology strategy, system architecture, and strategic advisory services. He is a Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO) with a strong and well-documented background in technology and business development.
Ingar is one of the founders of Tappin AS, an innovative technology company delivering digital solutions to the event industry on both a national and international level. With more than 20 years of experience, he has worked with everything from websites and platforms to complex API and integration-based solutions — always with a strong focus on scalability, security, and business value.
His unique combination of technical depth, creative problem-solving, and in-depth understanding of GDPR and data protection makes Ingar a trusted advisor for organizations seeking robust, modern, and compliant digital solutions.
Christina Østgård Hansen – Operations, Administration & Client Relations
Christina Østgård Hansen is responsible for administration, website operations, digital marketing services, and customer support at Netxolutions. She also serves as the main point of contact for partners, external developers, and consultants, ensuring structured collaboration, high quality, and efficient project delivery.
Christina has more than 10 years of experience in data protection and information management from the document archive at Akershus University Hospital (Ahus). In this role, she gained extensive practical expertise in privacy-related aspects of archiving and the handling of sensitive personal data, including patient records.
This background gives Netxolutions a rare combination of strong technical delivery and deep operational understanding of data protection and compliance. Christina is known for her thoroughness, reliability, and strong customer focus — qualities that create trust and long-term client relationships.
